Phase 2 - Day 2

Busting Loose From the Money Game: Mind-Blowing Strategies for Changing the Rules of a Game You Can't Win

Today I completed  only 10 pages in the book. They happen to be ones I have already read but felt I needed to reread them. The pages were the steps in the Process, in the chapter, "Putting your foot on the gas." I'm left in a quandary of sorts and if I could I would call up Robert and ask him for his advice. You see as Phase 2 Players we are supposed to use the Process when we feel discomfort. OK, but as far as I know that is using judgment regarding how you feel about (insert problem). Robert himself has said that judgment is the glue that holds that pattern into place and it repeats until you poke a hole in the cloud cover or drain that particular egg. So is my judging my discomfort enabling it to repeat over and over? That is my question for Robert. Because today I am experiencing a lot of discomfort and I just want it to stop. I did leave a message in the Phase 2 Players forum and am anxious to see the responses I get.

I will let you all know what they say tomorrow..

  1. When you feel discomfort, is discomfort, it is a feeling, not judging. When you want the discomfort to stop, that is judging. You don't demand the discomfort to stop, just let it come and do the process.
